I stayed at Hotel ANR in Lucknow and had a very disappointing experience. The air conditioner in my room was not working, making it extremely uncomfortable, especially in this heat. I reported the issue to the staff multiple times, but they were completely unresponsive and didn’t take any action. The lack of basic service and poor customer support ruined my stay. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience

They show the 24 hr checkin-checkout facility by giving you a time slot as per your convenience to book the rooms but then we u choose accordingly & checked in they tell u to check out on their standard time of 12 pm,no matter if u had checked in by taking slot of 6 pm..even on contacting them ,they don’t give you the proper answer..genuinely pathetic experience of booking with this hotel

Both the Receptionists were polite and very cooperative Room services were good and food quality was good and tasted like homemade food Bedsheet and blanket was ok ok not that clean Other Room facilities are good overall stayed very comfortably
